Before launching his advisory practice, Simon served as Vice President of Global Business Development for Hexagon's Geospatial Content Solutions division, where he helped design and expand major 3D and aerial imaging initiatives across Europe, Africa, and the Americas.

Earlier, he led large international mapping, engineering, and photogrammetry operations—including multi-country technical, commercial, and organizational turnarounds.

Widely known for his coalition-building leadership, Simon is the founder and former president of the European Association of Aerial Surveying Industries (EAASI) and continues to serve on its board.
